• Step 1: Fill in your intentions - your intentions focus your attention, on what you desire... List a goal in each of the key areas of life - Health, Wealth, Career, Relationships, Travel, and Spiritual Growth... Note: You'll also need to state a reason of why you want it (the energy is in the why) and how it will benefit the community at large (this will bring in a universal energy/support)
• Step 2: Go to your friends list and see who you would like to share these with, click on their profile and request to connect with them (it may take a day or so for the to agree or decline the request). Then in step 3 'Daily Focus Sheet' you will then have the choice of sending them a copy of your intentions along with any insights and actions that you have had in moving you towards success in these areas.
• Step 3: Each day fill in your daily focus sheet... Spend 10 minutes on what you have decided is important to you and share it with anyone you are connected to - note that you can be connected to any number of people. They in turn can email you back with any feedback, insights and ideas to assist your growth.

It's very powerful when you can have multiple people working with you to realise your dreams.
